Privacy Policy

Last reviewed June 7, 2026

Effective date: June 10, 2026. Operated by Mindantic LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use pairceive.com, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have over it. We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at pairceive@mindantic.com.

1. Who we are

Pairceive is operated by Mindantic LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at pairceive@mindantic.com. Our D-U-N-S number is 14-320-1099.

2. Scope

This policy covers the website at pairceive.com only. The Pairceive mobile app, when it launches, will collect different data (such as cycle information) and will have its own separate in-app privacy policy. Nothing in this policy applies to that app.

3. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the site:

  • Email address. When you subscribe to the newsletter or use the contact form.
  • Name, topic, and message. Only what you type into the contact form.
  • Analytics events. Page views, clicks, and search terms, collected through PostHog so we can understand how the site is used.
  • Technical metadata. Browser type, device class, approximate country-level location derived from your IP address, and error diagnostics collected through Sentry when something breaks.

We do not collect your real name beyond what you choose to type into the contact form, and we collect no medical or fertility data of any kind on this website.

4. How we use it

We use this information to deliver the newsletter you asked for, answer your contact messages, understand how the site is used in aggregate, keep the site secure (including bot protection on our forms), and find and fix errors.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Consent for the newsletter and for non-essential analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests for site security, error tracking, and aggregate analytics, balanced against your rights.
  • Contract or pre-contract steps when we answer a request you send us through the contact form.

6. Service providers and subprocessors

We share data only with the processors below, each for a single defined purpose:

ProcessorPurposeData category

Supabase is provisioned in our infrastructure for future features but is not currently processing visitor data in this version of the site.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, including PostHog analytics cookies (the ph_* family) and Cloudflare Turnstile challenge cookies. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. For the full breakdown, including categories, durations, and how to opt out, see our Cookie Policy.

8. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our processors operate. Where a transfer requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Data retention

We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe. We keep contact-form messages while we resolve your request and for a reasonable follow-up window afterward. Analytics data is retained according to PostHog's default retention settings. In every case we keep data no longer than necessary for the purpose we collected it.

10. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email pairceive@mindantic.com. We will respond within one month, with the possibility of an extension where the request is complex.

11. Your rights (California: CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal data. To exercise any right, email pairceive@mindantic.com.

12. Other US state privacy rights

Residents of states such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain processing. You can exercise these through the same channel: pairceive@mindantic.com.

13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of non-essential analytics. Because there is no industry standard for Do Not Track, we treat GPC as the operative signal.

14. Children's privacy

Pairceive is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old in the United States and at least 16 years old in the EEA and the United Kingdom to use this site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone below these ages. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact pairceive@mindantic.com and we will delete it.

15. Newsletter and marketing email

The newsletter is opt-in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Brevo is our email processor for these messages.

16. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including bot protection on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site may link to external websites, including media hosted on our own R2 domains and other third-party pages. Once you leave pairceive.com, this policy no longer applies, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.

19. EU/UK supervisory authority

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the United Kingdom this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
