These Terms of Service govern your use of pairceive.com. Please read them. By using the site you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using pairceive.com, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are
Pairceive is operated by Mindantic LLC, 117 S Lexington St, Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, United States. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Mindantic LLC. These terms cover the Pairceive website only. The Pairceive mobile app will be governed by separate in-app terms, which will be published when the app is released.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old in the United States and at least 16 years old in the EEA and the United Kingdom to use this site. Pairceive is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency room.
4. Educational use only and medical disclaimer
All content on Pairceive is educational, doctor-led and medically reviewed, not medical advice. Reading the site does not create a doctor-patient relationship and is not a substitute for care from your own clinician. Please read the full Medical Disclaimer.
5. Editorial and review process
Every educational post is doctor-led and medically reviewed by Dr. Rezwana Rumpa (OB-GYN) before it goes up. The founder of Pairceive is anonymous. We maintain an editorial wall: no commercial arrangement, sponsorship, or paid placement influences what we publish or how we review it.
6. AI-content transparency
We may use AI tools to help draft material, but everything we publish is human-edited and medically reviewed by Dr. Rezwana Rumpa. We do not publish unreviewed AI output as clinical guidance.
7. Corrections policy
If you spot an error in a published post, tell us through the contact form or at pairceive@mindantic.com. We commit to reviewing reported errors and correcting them where warranted.
8. Intellectual property and ownership
Mindantic LLC owns the content on this site, including text, design, and original media, except where otherwise noted. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial license to read and reference the content. All other rights are reserved.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to scrape the site, republish our content without permission, circumvent any security measure, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. User-submitted content
When you send us a message through the contact form, we may use it to respond to you and to improve the site. You grant us a limited license to do so. Please do not send confidential third-party information or anything you are not authorized to share.
11. Newsletter
The newsletter is opt-in, and you can unsubscribe at any time through the one-click link in any email. Brevo is our email provider.
12. Affiliate and advertising disclosure
Pairceive currently runs no affiliate links, sponsorships, or paid placements. If we ever introduce any, they will be clearly disclosed and will never influence our editorial or review process.
13. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party websites and services. These are provided "as is" and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.
14. Warranty disclaimer
The site and all content are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindantic LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. To the extent any liability is found, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which for this free site is zero.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindantic LLC from any claims arising out of your misuse of the site or the content you submit to us.
17. DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to pairceive@mindantic.com with the details required under the DMCA. The site does not host user-uploaded content, so a designated DMCA agent is not required at this time.
18. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.
19. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time if you violate these terms or use the site in a way that could harm us or others.
21. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you and Mindantic LLC waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis rather than as part of a class action.
